The Roses Are Blooming

When Nabs and I bought our house, my Aunt Linda gave us some money as a housewarming gift. We decided to plant roses in our back yard because we wanted to have something that constantly reminded us of God's continuous blessings.
Every Valentine's Day (or around that time), I cut them down to the very core of the plant. Then, as spring unfolds, we absolutely LOVE watching them grow into amazing flowers that fill our home with a beautiful scent. Last night, I went an cut a couple before the rains came. This is our first flower of the season.

Enjoy!
